We use recycle packaging
Wherever possible we try to recycle packaging. This will on occasion mean that the packaging in which you receive your order may not represent the contents. If you feel that you may have received the wrong item(s) please check the contents of your parcel before contacting Customer Care.
We will dispatch your delivery in 48 hours
All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours from the completion of payment. For multiple orders dispatch time may vary according to the availability of stock. Please note orders are dispatched between Mon-Fri, and deliveries will be made between Mon-Fri 7 am – 5 pm.
All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please be aware that orders to delivery addresses other than the billing (registered card holder) address will not be processed for security reasons.
we will deliver to all main land UK
Delivery can only be made to Mainland UK at our standard charge. If you require Next Day Delivery, please select the option and we will do our best to assist. Our Opening times are Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm. The North of Scotland, Ireland, and the Islands will incur an extra charge. Customers in these areas will be advised of the Delivery Charges. When signing for your parcels please make sure your delivery is full and complete and fully sealed. Any shortage of parcels or damages must be made clear on the carrier’s documents at the time of receiving your goods.
Return and Refund
We will replace broken or damaged item or refund if necessary
We will endeavour to replace all broken items or give a refund of the bid/buying amount at our discretion. Please report us within 7 working days if an item delivered is damaged.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within seven days of receipt, we will then arrange to replace the item within the usual timescales as indicated in the terms of delivery. This guarantee does not cover effects arising from accidental damage or misuse of the items and is automatically lost if the item is opened by non-qualified or unauthorized people.
If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect when received we will resolve the issue by taking back said item and supplying a replacement. Please note that minor issues may be resolved by supplying replacement parts or alternative solutions acceptable to both parties.
Warranty: For items which are under warranty any defects in the Goods that are under proper use appear within a reasonable period after delivery and which are due to faulty materials, workmanship or design will be made good by us either by replacement or refund. Any claim for goods or the defective parts should be returned together with proof of purchase and (if relevant), all complete accessories, instruction manuals, and software and, wherever possible, in the original packaging. Any claim for defective goods or parts must be made in writing (specifying the date of purchase and invoice number) within a reasonable period of time after delivery.
If you change your mind: If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at fambargains, we’ll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
